What about programs that you run on your machine that will do the
submittal?
I just downloaded 2 of them.
I tried this one:

it is the url to where you can find to download the product. Once
you buy it you can register as many sites as you want wherever
you want.
Good Features:
you build "lists or profiles" that you save and load when wanted. I
really like that and it is pretty straightforward. WebTrends has
something similar but I find it very awkward.
it will build an oughful looking web page given your keywords and
descriptions. Of course it is oughful but I find it instructive. Before I
even developed a website I would think about how it was going to
be spidered. I have found that a lot of people leave this to the very
end; EVEN after they have created the directories and files.
Incredible. But I digress.
it builds a report of what you have just done. I like that. It seems
that it can be customized only so much. But you need a report.
it also does a search at various search engines for a site based on
phrases/keywords. That is good.
you can also enter a url and tell it to find it at a search engine.
I like this sort of program much better than using a website.
But a website can really backup a product like this.
