No, if you have registered the copyright no lawyer in their left
mind would touch it. If not registered legel fees are non-recoverable,
but if it is registered.....the more money they have to fight they
also have to lose to a better lawyer. Ask any attorney, if you have
not registered your copyright your are fair game in the money world.
BTW. registration is $25, a small price to pay for a huge ammount of
comfort.
