I send a lot of people to your Free graphic site that is "on" AOL. Are the
people that are emailing you on AOL?

 Select FILE in AOL
 Select OPEN
Browse to and select the file to be viewed.
While viewing, select FILE and then SAVE AS to save to a different
format.

ART format is produced when an image is saved from the WWW using the built
in AOL browser with COMPRESSED GRAPHICS turned ON. To download images in
their actual original formats, from the menu at screen top (of AOL)...

  Select MEMBERS
  Select PREFERENCES
  Select WWW
click your mouse icon in the box next to the text that reads
UNCOMPRESSED GRAPHICS

ART Press will also change them, but I am not sure where to get it out on
the web. I have it from volunteering my time on AOL.
