What browser is being used? I'm assuming NSx?
Have you tried control-P to print, or have you only tried using the
File/Print menu? I had one site that did some funky things because when
someone clicked File/Print their mouse position was triggering a javascript
on an image underneath (as in hidden by) the menu. If you repositioned
something on your page since your last successful printing sessions, you
could be inadvertantly setting off some javascript when trying to print.
