I have a number of applications where I email the data from the form, at the same
time as load up a database with the same information.  It's real easy to do in
Cold Fusion, and then you have an Access database to play with that would have
all the dates and times in it.

They could download the database and upload a blank one and then use the database
to generate labels.  Word97 will use an Access database as input for mail merges
and it has avery label templates so labels from Access is real easy as well.
