A good point Kathy. I assumed from Suz's initial post they were going to
put in a dedicated server.

Up to v4.5 this was certainly true. Corrected with 4.6 and above. You
can put in/amend whatever code you like.

4.6 is a huge improvement over 4.5.

Notes based. easy to use and there are plenty of developers out there.
Domino now has 24% of the paid webserver market (given that apache at
last estimate had 45% of the market and is free, this probably
translates to around 12% of the total market), and is growing extremely
rapidly.

However, as I said, I'm not on this list to push the Lotus/IBM barrow. I
advise Suz to 'check it out'. I think it is incumbent upon a conultant
to investigate all likely solutions before making a recommendation to
their client, don't you?
