The camera?  You bet, as long as it's a business purpose.

My early B-day present is a new Sony VAIO PC205 for the home office. 
Wanted a PC that could do Mac things out of the box (video inputs,
S-Video out, stereo audio out, etc.) at a decent price (i.e., sub $2K). 
Conveniently, it comes with DVD2.  Since DVD requires a nice home
theatre, I think the office is getting that too.  ;)  The US tax system
was clearly written by Republicans  :P

I'm surprised you're not looking for ways to write off the bike 
*chuckle*  You need to ride that sucker to work and take it on business
meetings--at 31 cents/mile write-off (and the bike using all of about 3
cents of that), you could pay for it that way  ;)
