Good story. And yes, it does remind me of some clients, many of whom don't
realize that a finely crafted "plain" traditional font can look much more
elegant than one that's all "swirly."

There oughta be a law against use of fonts like Bookman Swash and Zapf
Chancery, the latter of which has seen a revival since the emergence of
desktop publishing. Too bad, since it's one font that could easily be swept
into the dustbin for the betterment of mankind :-)
