You guys/gals have heard my second-hand opinion on this before, as I've
quoted my brilliant management consultant/psychiatrist friend Dr. Jim Farr,
who says that a company's level of creativity and productivity grows in
inverse proportion to its size. When I see announcements of big mega
mergers (or read of "integrators"), I think of two elephants mating, with
their offspring mutating into a dinosaur.
