You're talking about HTML Transit, and my post is quite clearly talking 
about Transit Central.  They are two different products.  From the 
InfoAccess Web site:

List price on HTML Transit -- not Transit Central -- is $495, available 
cheaper from some resellers.  Transit Central does indeed cost $3,995, as
