OK, I guess you and I talked about this one before, thought I'd post this
reply to the list in case anyone else has similar problems with formmail.pl...
I use formmail.pl various places, and the e-mail I receive via it looks like
this (assuming I've sent myself a post):

From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Brent Eades)
Subject: WWW Form Submission
Below is the result of your feedback form. It was submitted by

message: blah

And here is the <form> code I use:
<form method=post action="http://www.almonte.com/bin/formmail.pl">
<input type=hidden name="recipient" value="[EMAIL PROTECTED]">
<p>
Your name: (required)
<br>
<input type=text name="realname" size=30>
<p>
Your e-mail address: (required)
<br>
<input type=text name="email" size=30>
<i>Please enter any questions or comments in the box below:</i>
<br>
<textarea name="message" rows=5 cols=40> </textarea>
<p>
<input type="SUBMIT" value="Send"> <input type="RESET" value="Start Over">
</form>
* * *
If you have a form with the same field names, you should be getting the same sort of
results.
