Another issue is what words they "guarantee". Anyone who knows the
system can probably get you a top ten spot for an unimportant word
working in their sleep. I doubt anyone could, even with constant
monitoring and testing, keep you in the top ten for "real estate" for
more than a few days at a time on any given search engine, if you could
be raised that high to start with . . .
