I go with WebTrends. It has very nice filters. I really can't
think of anything bad to say about it other than the interface could
use a lot of work-- and it doesn't always remember the paths I give
it. One of its best features is that it will produce output in Word -
- These things have to get passed around corporate offices and the
WebTrends output is good for that. They could allow for better
control over the output (I have to make changes in the Word doc later
-- like take their name OUT).
For answers regarding what is a hit and when is an ip a new customer
etc. I would look at the webtrends q&a site:
