I mentioned a form generator a few days ago. Thanks to some nice
comments, it's been expanded to include it's own Perl script.
It only handles INPUT types (for now) but each field can be specified
as required. The Perl script test for missing inputs and loads a few
environment variables for future use. Both the HTML document and Perl
script are e-mailed to the creator.
If there is any interest, I could add e-mailing the forms fields to
the person creating the form/script.
