Not sure I'd qualify this with "allegedly" -- i believe it was reported
in the original anti-trust suit -- and in the ruling that the settlement
was NOT in the public interest. You know, the judge that threw the
settlement out as no more than a "go forth and do good" kinda agreement
-- and who was subsequently overruled. 

I do wish some intrepid reporter would interview him!
