Hey:
Has anybody tried the new Internic Registrant Name Change
Agreement at http://rs.internic.net./reg-change/agreement.html
If I read it correctly, it seems they no longer require
notarization of the domain name transfer documents. Does anyone
know for sure if that's correct?
