Tamra, I'm not quite clear on what you're asking here. I believe that they
"flicker" because the JS is doing the image flip just as you have defined
it; that is, the rollover image looks different than the image initially
loaded.
If you don't want the squares with the text wording (e.g. "Support &
Software") to change with during a mouseover and only want the subtext
"FAQ, Manuals, Technical Support" to pop up, don't change the color of the
square in the mouseover image.
Or maybe I'm just not even seeing what you're seeing... if so, my
apologies! I looked at the site using the Mac version of MSIE v4.01 and it
looked fine to me.
