Linda, I can't help you with setting up a cgi form script, but honestly,
there are a zillion web hosting services that make it easy to set up forms
without knowing anything about cgi. I think you should move to a web
hosting service that actually offers some service and support. Forms are
basic. You're on the wrong host!
