If the customer wants a form and want to remain with the same
provider, let the customer deal with the problem.
I used to go crazy with these sort of things. I now tell a prospect I
will not deal with technical ISP problems unless you host on a provider
of my choice. Even if a provider is up to par, there is still a leaning
curve since there are so many things that can be done differently. '

The early stages of any industry are characterized by high level of
fragmentation. There have been over 500 public companies in the US that
have mad at least one car. Three remain. Only about 10% of public
computer and semiconductor compaies are still in business.
I think few one person shops will exist in two years. I also think
the firms who survive will be marketing organizations with technical
staffs, not the other way around.
