Even though I haven't run Win 3.1 for a hile I still play with
the ini files on ocassion. These setting were not in my copy of
Eudora.ini and the 
Help-->Topics-->Reference-->Eudora.ini Settings File does not
exist here either. So I went into Help - Find - Minimize Search
and Reference was there.

In that file I also saw an URL to their website where the INI
settings are suposedly kept up to date.

Now to go customize the way I -really- want it!
