I know that several people have suggested ways to change the code in your
pages, but I don't know if anyone has told you that the information you
received about file names needing to be all lowercase on a UNIX system is
absolutely false. That is the norm for creating files, but if the damage
has already been done...
The truth is that the anchor names and file names are case sensitive. If
the anchor names and the actual file names match (never mind case
consistency) they will work on a UNIX AND be referenced correctly. Just
remember if you are using an ftp client such as WS_FTP, make sure that the
"force file names to lowercase" is _unchecked_.
