Homesite has been mentioned here several time and
is still the best thing I have found for doing
global replaces. Even with a mixture of upper and
lower case it is still far faster than doing it
manually. If you aren't using it you can get
a trial version at http://www.allaire.com
I wouldn't create home without it:)
