Being a "non CGI" person, there is also "AnyForm" http://usats.com/ that I
access from a couple of sites.
You can check a layout/code example I use by viewing the source at:

Subject: WC:>: Remote CGIs
Seem to recall someone asking awhile back if there was such a thing as a
free CGI hosting service anywhere; came across a site that may be of
help to those of you who can't easily install their own cgi-bin stuff.
It's http://www.cgiforme.com/, and offers free access to various generic
CGI scripts: sendmail, message boards, counters, and so on. I have not
used the service myself, but in reading through the site I don't see any
major "catches" to it -- apart from the obvious one that you're dependent
on another server to execute scripts on your pages, with the implicit
slowdowns that may occasionally cause.
There are other services of this kind too, though this one seems to offer a
more extensive selection of scripts.
