The problem (apparently) is that someone at cytec.com is subscribed
to this mailing list and that account either no longer exists or
is incapable of receiving mail. That in itself would be no big
deal *except* that (apparently) cytec.com's mailer is misconfigured,
and instead of returning bounces to the owner of the mailing list,
it's returning them to the person who sent the message to the mailing list.
This means that their mailer is either misconfigured or broken; the
best way to deal with it is probably to get the offending address
removed from the web-consultant's subscriber list.
