Sender,Reply-To,From is the order.

Basically, this problem indicates that the bad site in question is only
partially brain-dead. All messages on this list *already* have a Reply-To
(set back to the list). But obviously, we (on the list) are not seeing
the bounces that 'dataman' is. Thus, they are probably going back to the
envelope address as intended.

Dataman adds his Reply-To, but the list still adds its usual, resulting
in 2 Reply-To headers. Many mailers cannot handle multiple Reply-To's, and
I guess the offending MTA is also among the ones affected. It gets so
confused that instead of bouncing to the envelope address, it bounces to
dataman's Reply-To.

Bottom line: well-behaved MTAs should always bounce go to the envelope 
address (usually represented by the Sender header).
