Let's be honest, now.  It's a nice "bell & whistle" for email and
you like bells & whistles.  I seriously doubt that there is that
much bogus email being sent with your name on it to justify signing
everything sent to a mail list.  I use pgp 5.0 myself, but *only*
when it is an email that is critical to acknowledge a legitimate
source or sender.  Signing every email and including attachments
that aren't necessary is considered rude by most list readers -- not
just this list, but *every* list.  It's far more logical to leave it
turned off and only turn it on when requested or necessitated by
content.
