Nope. Hazel doesn't quite do the trick. The real problem is our
client mixes how you calculate freight. 90% of the orders are
for the 48 states. That rate is based on the total cost of the
order. Everywhere else, the rate is based on weight. They use
softcart now http://www.mercantec.com which allows both but you
can't mix and match. Same for Hazel.
