I used a package called Hazel last year for a 900 item store. Easy to set up
but then I had it running on linux. Shortly after they released an NT port.
Automatically calculates shipping based on a fixed cost or weight. It now
has an admin module as well. It has its own code structure which is tricky
to start with but after a few products becomes pretty simple.
