Unless your ISP gave you a block of IP addresses, you have to setup
a router config with one (the server) using the assigned IP and a
2nd card providing an internal (hidden) network. Then you put the
other PC on this hidden net. All traffic goes thru the server and
then out to ISDN.
I would guess Linux would be perfect for this, but I don't use that
configuration so I cannot say. It needs to support Network Address
Translation (NAT) so your internal IPs never make it out (or else
the Internet would not be able to route back to you).
I use an ISDN router [Farallon Netopia]. I've also heard great things
about Cisco 760s, Lucent, and WebRamps. The router uses NAT at the
assigned IP, and provides the hidden LAN on my interior. (It also
provides DHCP capability.)
