Thanks for passing that on. From the reponses from others it looks like
I've asked a timely and relevant question! :)
We'll give that solution a go daily at 3am. (that does bring up the point
of whose 3am we are talking about and I suppose it must be the 3am of the
primary audience as stopping CF effectively downs the _whole_ site.)
The developers conference forum mentioned is also worth a scan.
