I'm not quite sure how I found it, but I came across a site last week that
offers a free spam complaint service. You paste the contents of teh
offending message (with all headers) into a form, then the software parses
the headers and generates a series of comlaint emails that it will send for
you. It even allows you to use their Spam bait address as a return if you
so desire.
