I used a Miro DRX which had inputs for both VHS and SVHS. This was 
their least exspensive capture card. It was bundled with editing 
software, I believe it was called VideoWave, but since I was using 
Premiere, I barely looked at it.

BTW the newspaper I work for decided to scrap the streaming video 
coverage of highschool sports. Not enough viewers to justify the time 
involved. We felt that people view streaming video, when they first 
download their RealPlayer, then become bored with the low quality.
