I agree absolutely. I've moved just about all MicroSloth products off of my
machines, except for the OS on my notebooks and one workstation. I do use
MS Project, because it was free and it's an old version that doesn't try to
do everything for you but works fine the way it is. Office has gone,
replaced by Lotus SmartSuite, although I do keep Word and PowerPoint on one
machine to convert stuff that people send me. Other than that, I don't need
'em.

I firmly believe that as internet professionals, we should be coding
strictly to the HTML specifications, and not to whatever Netscape or MS
feel like introducing themselves. I guess that's why I feel about full
URLs. It's the standard, and I beleive internet standards are being
buggered around with enough by big companies who think they're above the
net standards. Well, from my point of view, stuff 'em.
