shower, but in case it wasn't:
"At 2 am Central Standard Time on November 17th, weather
permitting, NASA scientists will launch a 10ft-diameter latex
weather balloon from the Marshall Space Flight Center. The
payload will include a CCD video camera with an image
intensifier and a GPS receiver. The balloon will spend up to 4
hours aloft and reach a maximum altitude of 100,000 ft. High
above the clouds and far away from city lights the view should
be spectacular. Live video from the flight will be available on
this web site in RealVideo format beginning approximately 0200
CST November 17."
