Now that the eit.com domain is gone, where can WAIS(1) source be
found(2)? Is WAIS old news? Is 'freeWAIS' the new standard (and
if so, where)?
(1) WAIS -- Wide Area Information Service -- is a localized search
engine/database. As opposed to something like Harvest/Squid web
crawlers...
(2) Yes, I searched. But I kept getting everyone's WAIS gateway
rather than a location for the actual source code distribution...
