Excuse me?

1) we are talking about PUBLIC KIOSKS that provide BUS schedules! what,
pray tell, is the on-site alternative?
2) the law does NOT think that providing equal access is frivolous
3) it does not *cost* the city big $$ to make a web site fully accessible
if they hire consultants who know what the hell they are doing.

frankly, i've been waiting for an ADA suit to be filed against a government
site. 'bout damn time.
