I'm afraid I have bad news. There is no sendmail on a NT system.
There is a functional replacement but I understand it's somewhat
expensive. I would suggest you check with your system administrator to
see if they have it.
Failing that, you will need a mail client. The CGI/Perl Cookbook
by Patchett & Wright has such a client written in Perl. It was designed
to work on a NT system. I've actually using it to send mail attachments
which sendmail does not support.
