Haven't tried that with Photoshop 4.0, so I'm not sure if its still an
option. For sure you should be able to find a share ware tool that will
open the animated gif and export the file out as a group of individual
files for editing. On the Mac, Gifbuilder is freeware and can certainly
do this. You didn't mention what platform you're on, but there should be
a similar tool for the PC.
