Some of you might remember me, but whether you do or not, I'm
essentially a new member to the list. when I was last on the list, I was
the webmaster for a private school in the DC area, doing a bit a
consulting on the side, and enjoying the list immensely, both for the
esprit de corps and the very solid quality of the information.
Now I'm in New York, working for sixdegrees, a website some of you might
be familiar with. (If anyone wants another contact, list me!) I won't
delve into what that site's about, but I encourage everyone to check it
out! (URL is in the sig.) In any case, I've had considerably less time
to spare now in the fast-paced new media biz up here, so I've been
afraid to bring the temptation of the list back into my life. But now I
have a machine at home and a separate email account through a local
yokel ISP, (hray!) so I'm ready to rock! (And by the way, if any of you
are a local call away from Bayonne, NJ, agoron.com is a really excellent
outfit who deserves your business. I have nothing but praise for them.)
Perhaps more importantly, I'm trying to get back into a bit of
freelancing again. I'll email my first question soon. anyway, looking
forward to hearing from everyone again!
