    I'll sign up,  I need a project, and I love death marches and other
impossible tasks, since I can usually figure ways around all the obstacles
that make many projects death marches.

    But yes, the smallest is the hardware.  Training costs will dwarf it.
On the other hand, I have this neat Y2K technology that I can't seem to be
able to sell, technology that is not limited to Y2K re-engineering needs.
