How about a little essay example why they can't (or shouldn't) have
everything they think they want (and are used to getting when they work
with print designers): huge pictures, exact matches to their logos' PMS
colors, "hi res" files, etc. Explain file size, download time issues, low
res files, etc. My guess is that most won't take the time to follow all
those links you're providing, so why not summarize what they need to know
where they can read it quickly?
