80Hex. I mean that if you read what comes from the keyboard 
when you press the EUR key you'll get 80Hex... they put it just 
some char after the |}~ symbols... since |}~ are used in C++ and 
some italian keyboards dont give direct access to them I know 
their codes... I'm not sure if in normal text file with a dos editor 
you'll see something interesting... if they have built new video card 
"euro" compatibles... There are a lot of DOS program currently 
being used for administration of small company.
Anyway it's not hard to change the character set even in DOS 
whithout changing the video mode from text to graphics (do you 
remember text mode?)
Linux guys use heavily text mode...
