This is the reason that AOL users have this reputation.  Exhibit 1 of 10,000.
Note that the instructions that this person needs are ATTACHED TO THEIR
OWN MESSAGE.  Name/address changed to protect the clueless.

Yeah, it's a generalization, but I'd turn off AOL (and WebTV) in a heartbeat
if I had access to the switch.  The clueful people -- and there are many --
would just switch to a real ISP.

Is that elitist?  Maybe.  But as my last performance review said -- although
that's been a while -- "...does not suffer fools gladly".
