Yep, that's the one. Excellent tune. I used to play that several times a
week in my younger days, as a pianist in a rooftop bar at a hotel in
Winnipeg... goodness, can that really be 20 years ago?? Guess so...
(On top of the piano I used to have a framed copy of a cartoon I found in
a magazine: showed a piano-bar player with a sign on *his* piano:
"Requests $1. 'Feelings' -- $500."
Heh... that's how I felt about that unrepentantly maudlin tune myself. But
I got asked for it at least twice a night, usually by drunken men or women
with quivering bottom lips and grieving eyes. Billy Joel had it right in 'Piano
Man', really. You do connect with your customers' emotional raw spots as
a piano-bar entertainer.)
