Just to throw in my own two cents: You might want to take a look at Telescope
(http://www.northplains.com) and/or WebDLMS (http://www.webdlms.com). For full
disclosure: I'm the developer for WebDLMS. There are currently a number of good
solutions for Digital Library Management including one made by Imation (Media Manager
which is based on Telescope) and one by Archetype (Media Bank).
