Ann,
I've used it for quite a while before I got another hard drive. There is
some drag and you'll get accustomed to it. I've been warned that it can
damage a hard drive, but that's hearsay. You'll defrag less with it
installed, but why not wait and see what Santa brings?
If you do decide to use it, there is some info you'd want to check out. For
instance, there is an ideal size for compressed drives to optimize your
space. I can't remember the exact settings. It's around 120 megs I think. I
used to have drives a, c - s. It was joke trying to find programs by drive.
"Now was that under "G" for graphics or "P" for Photoshop?
