are you on a mac or a pc? if you're on a mac, save it as a MOV file. if
you're on a pc, save it as an AVI.
you might have to do 2 versions that are different in dimension -- 1 that is
320x240 for the CD and 120x160 for the web.
i also recommend saving this digitized video to the side after you use them
because you might need to re-encode them later from Quicktime, RM (RealMedia
file), WMP (Windows Media Player) to MPEG.... which is the ideal format in
the next year because it's for broadcast.
