Me, but I am in NY. Sorry. Your friend can read a paper (long) on the
subject at our website <http://www.finehummel.com> entitled "The Trademark
Domain Name War." It should give them a good overview of the state of the
law. Even though it is an old paper, the issues haven't changed all that
much. (I was ahead of my time ;)
