I have some gripes w/the web site -- spec'ing body text at size=1 is a PITA - and -
their noframes text is insulting:

begin with a frames capable browser....upgrade, at your
convenience.</p>
particularly since they made their site using WORD
<META NAME="Template" CONTENT="C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\OFFICE\html.dot">
And don't use browsersafe color AND their not-visited links are dark red on black
background - duh, can you say Unreadable ...
I wouldn't be ranting except I couldn't read the FAQ so I looked at font sizes ... got
the frameset by mistake --
