Give Teo at WebProfessionals (the folks at serverhosting.net) a call (1
408-863-4848) and see if he can get you a discount on the CF or SQL server.
They're good at working with their clients to pull things together -- I
know with both CF and SQL there are fees to Allaire and MicroSoft that
can't be avoided, but maybe they can help by tweaking the other things a
bit. I know Teo well (have very seldom made it through a week without a
call to him, and have a bottle of wine on my table right now that I owe him
for some recent help) and can testify that he's a good guy.
